is composed of 30ha in Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC and complemented by Font Du Vent and its 20ha of Côtes du Rhône

It is a wine which inspires dreams thanks to its harmony and its exceptional capacity to age

This of course means it can be drunk now but as with all Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Margaret River

which are under taken in small open stainless steel and old oak open fermenters with indigenous yeasts

Carrick Excelsior Pinot Noir 2013 Size::1 Bottle This is seriously good SauvignonAn intense nose showing floral aromatics, black cherries, plum and a touch of spice from the barrels providing a beautifully integrated wine. The front palate is layered with dark fruits, oriental spice and complex savoury flavours which support the fine grained tannins. The intensity of the front palate cascades into a lingering seamless finish. This is an intensely rich wine that will cellar until at least 2025.
